 Your Wedding Day is one of the most important days in
your life. We are keenly aware of this and our approach to
ensuring that your night of entertainment goes well is a
professional and committed one.
Therefore we will discuss your needs and
provide suggestions for music, throwing the bouquet etc. As
an example, we try to make your first dance as comfortable
and special as possible leaving you feeling pleased and
relaxed that the rest of the evening's entertainment will be
managed equally as well.
What Type Of Music ?
In keeping with this, we play a wide range of music to
suit all ages and tastes from Frank Sinatra right through to
current chart releases. We can do this because we carry
several hundred CDs to each show and always discuss any
particular requests for music well in advance of your
special day.
What Can Your Guests Expect ?
Your guests look forward to the meal and speeches : they
should have the same feeling of positive anticipation
regarding the musical entertainment.
One way in which we help with this is by paying close
attention to volume levels and allowing people time to
digest their meal, talk with people, have a drink etc., and
never forcing the issue of "Get up on the Floor".
We are very experienced in reading the mood of your
guests and know how to get them dancing and when the right
moment comes to really "kick" things off.
Book Us For The Full Night Or After A
Band
We are being booked far more frequently for full weddings
rather than after a band. One reason for this is certainly
cost : we cost substantially less than bands and can offer a
fuller variety of music. We also do not take breaks and, as
a result, your guests get to hear and dance to more music.
However, given that for lots of reasons, people book a
band and need a disco afterwards we will also provide this
service.
Setting Up After A Band
Where possible, we aim to have music being played within
minutes of the band's final number. This usually means
setting up beside them and because we are the only two
involved the two of us always show up together and this
helps greatly with the speed of setting up our equipment.
This is most important to you as there is often only a
limited time left for disco music and we know how important
this can be for many of your guests.
A Final Word On Costs
We know that many people leave the evening's
entertainment as one of the last items on the extensive list
of wedding to dos. We also are aware that people try to shop
around for the best price, often this means the cheapest. In
other words shopping around may or may not be for you, but
we do not engage in price wars comp eting with people who run
their discos on a shoestring as we aim to give a
professional and quality evening's entertainment.
Remember we do not take double bookings nor do we "farm"
